It took a bit longer than I expected, I think, but it did arrive in good condition. Not terrible, just maybe a little slower than I was hoping

I ordered from mosslab.com i was a little let down. The photos made it look nice, but when it arrived it felt cheaper than I expected and the finish just wasnt that great.

It does work fine, so Im giving it 2 stars, but for the price I dont really feel like it was worth it. Maybe I had my expectations too high, but I probably wouldnt buy from them again...

I was hoping this would hold up for a while, but after using it for a bit, it just didn’t last like I expected. At first it seemed fine, but over time it started showing wear way too quickly. Kind of disappointing, honestly.

I took a look at mosslab.com, the overall design just didn’t really click with me. The colors and layout feel a little "plain" and not super inviting. Some sections seem cluttered, while others feel too empty, so browsing around wasn’t as enjoyable as I expected. It’s not awful or anything, but I was hoping for something a bit more clean and modern.

They did get back to me, but, I had to wait a bit longer than I expected.

I used the site the other night while I was half-watching TV and trying to get an order done before dinner, and overall it was okay. Nothing was broken or anything, but a few pages loaded kind of slowly and I had to click around more than I expected to find what I needed. Checkout was actually straightforward, so that part was fine. I think the site could just be a bit cleaner and easier to navigate, but it wasn’t a bad experience...

I was excited when it showed up, but the box was crushed when it arrived. I thought maybe it wouldn’t matter, actually, no, it did make the whole delivery feel kind of careless.

It looks okay in person, and it didn’t look bad sitting on my kitchen counter next to my coffee mug and a pile of mail. But for the price, I expected a little more. It just feels like one of those things where you open it, shrug, and think, “That’s it?” Not terrible, but I don’t really think it’s worth the money...

My order arrived with two items I didn’t even ask for, which was frustrating. I reached out expecting it to get sorted quickly, but just got one of those canned apology messages that doesn’t really help. I’d rather they just fix the order than send the same copy-paste response...

I used mosslab.com and, reading between the lines, it felt like the basics are there but the experience could be a bit smoother. The site was easy enough to get around, but some parts weren’t as clear as I expected, so I had to poke around more than I’d like. Nothing went wrong exactly, and it wasn’t a bad experience, just kind of okay overall. I might come back if I need to, but I’m still on the fence

I ordered from mosslab.com, the install was okay but not as easy as I expected. The pieces looked good when they arrived, but getting everything lined up took me longer than I thought it would. The instructions were included, but I wish they had been a little clearer in a few spots. Once it was finally up, it did look really nice, but I definitely needed some extra patience and another person helping out. Overall, I’m happy with how it turned out, but I’ll admit I felt frustrated during the process and very relieved when it was finally done.

Support got back to me and fixed the issue, which I really appreciated. It just took a little longer than I expected (not a huge deal), but overall they were helpful and got it sorted.

I don’t know why, but I was expecting a lot more ways to customize things. The options just felt limited overall, and it was a little disappointing honestly
